In February 2021, Cathy Jones joined the Curve Media team to help produce the acclaimed unscripted blue light series 999 On The Front Line for UK broadcaster Channel 4.

Filmed simultaneously with ambulance crews across the West Midlands, the series shows in real time the work carried out by paramedics as they respond to medical emergencies during unprecedented times for the NHS. Embedded with multiple ambulance crews spread across the region, the film crews capture every minute of their 12 hour shifts to provide a unique snapshot of life on the front line. Told with a mix of high energy actuality shot on fixed rig, body cam and with bespoke crews, including retrospective interviews, each episode shows the variety of cases the service attends, often within the same hour.
