Cathy Jones joined the multi-award-winning talent management, live promotion and television production group Avalon in November 2021.

Cathy was appointed Series Producer on an exciting new show for Discovery - Scrapyard Dynasty. The series captured the highs and lows of one of Britain’s most successful scrap yards run by the Walker Family. Filmed on location in Bolton, the ten-part series follows the family as they compete in the highly competitive scrap trade and second-hand car business.  Cathy and her team worked alongside the family to develop dramatic, engaging storylines, always with a sprinkling of banter and humour. Over three decades, Terry, a self-proclaimed 'wheeler dealer from birth’ and his long-suffering wife Lyndsay, have taken their business from a small yard to a multi-million pound empire, now affectionately known as ’The Scrappers’. The series was and post-produced at Radiant in London.
